Whatcha doing? It looks like something fishy!
You caught me.
Technically, the store caught the shrimp for me.
My cousins, aunt and uncle came over. I decided to prepare a dinner for them so I went on foodnetwork. I trust this website with my tastebuds. I found a delectable dish that some may wish was a menu option at Red Lobster. This was delicious and surprisingly easy. The two ingredients that you may need to buy is shrimp and clam juice. Yes, there is such thing as clam juice. It may smell fishy but it does wonders for this dish. I made a garlic cheese bread using bisquick mix for a side.
Also for an appetizer, I made tuscan white bean soup. The first time I made this soup, I poured the ingredients into a blender which expanded from the heat and lets just say, I had to clean some soup from the table and my shirt. However, this was delicious!
TIPS:
Pasta: The only difficulty I had was thickening the sauce. I mixed a couple tablespoons of flour with a little bit of the herb sauce and added it to the dish while simmering. Nice and thick. Serve warmish hot.
Soup: If you have it, use a handheld blender to blend the ingredients. It's quick and easy. Season well with salt and pepper.
